- Advanced search and discovery tools for public X / Twitter content.
- Timeline review, historical exploration, and content resurfacing features.
- Sidebar-based browsing enhancements and workflow shortcuts.
- AI-assisted analysis, summarization, or discovery features where available.
Features may change over time, may vary by browser or region, and may depend on third-party platforms remaining available.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree that you will not:
- Use DeepTweet in violation of applicable law, regulation, or third-party platform rules.
- Attempt to disrupt, overload, probe, or interfere with the security or operation of the Service.
- Use the Service to facilitate spam, harassment, fraud, unauthorized scraping, or abusive automation.
- Misrepresent your identity, purchase status, or entitlement to paid features.
- Copy, resell, sublicense, or reverse engineer the Service except where the law expressly permits it.
4. Third-Party Platforms and Dependencies
DeepTweet interoperates with third-party services such as X / Twitter, browser extension stores, analytics providers, hosting providers, and payment processors. DeepTweet is not responsible for outages, policy changes, data restrictions, or account actions taken by those third parties.
Your use of third-party platforms remains subject to their own terms, privacy policies, and acceptable-use rules.
5. Intellectual Property
The DeepTweet website, branding, extension code, interface design, and original service materials are owned by DeepTweet or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Public content from X / Twitter or other third-party platforms remains the property of its respective owners. DeepTweet does not claim ownership over that third-party content.
6. Paid Features, Billing, and Renewals
DeepTweet may offer optional paid features, subscriptions, credits, or one-time purchases. If offered, pricing, billing interval, taxes, feature scope, and renewal terms will be shown at checkout.
- Payments are processed by DeepTweet's authorized merchant of record or payment processor.
- You authorize the applicable charge when you complete checkout.
- If a purchase renews automatically, you are responsible for cancelling before the next renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
- We may suspend paid access for failed payments, fraud risk, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
7. Disclaimers
DeepTweet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepTweet disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted availability.
We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free, compatible with every browser environment, or continuously available without interruption.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DeepTweet will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity arising out of or related to your use of the Service.
If liability cannot be excluded, DeepTweet's aggregate liability will be limited to the amount you paid to DeepTweet for the specific paid feature at issue during the 3 months before the claim arose.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to all or part of the Service if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created security risk, abused billing systems, or used the Service unlawfully.
You may stop using DeepTweet at any time. Termination does not waive any rights or obligations that accrued before termination.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and update the "Last updated" date above. Material changes become effective when posted unless a later date is stated.
